Please allow up to 5 business days to make & ship your order. Once shipped you will be emailed with tracking information. The time until arrival is based on the shipping method you select at check out.

We do not accept personal custom orders at this time. If you are a brand or company looking to collaborate or hire us for custom work - email us hello@lailatextiles.com.

All In Person or Virtual Workshop Tickets & are final sale, non-refundable, and non transferable to a later date. You may gift your ticket or find someone to take your place.

Our Workshop Tickets are like concert or event tickets - they are non-refundable but are transferable to a different person. If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop, you may find some one to take your place.

If someone else will be taking your ticket, Email Us (hello@lailatextiles.com) and let us know their name so we can add it to our list. In the case of unsafe weather like a severe snow storm, we will cancel the workshop and reschedule for a future date.

We do not have a waiting list. Our classes are small (under 15 people) and we do not currently have the space to add any more spots. When a workshop is sold out it is sold out!

Our workshops are for adults only (18y & up).

Not at this time. We supply all items and supplies for each workshop. Each item goes through a multi day process to prepare to be naturally dyed and we cannot accommodate items brought to workshops.

Each person attending needs an individual ticket. Classes are kept small and we cannot accommodate extra people.

We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on full priced items purchased online, in unused + unwashed condition, with original tags, within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in unworn, unused condition. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Underwear & Bras are final sale.
